Sherratt Properties launched in 2004 and is run by landlords for landlords.

With years of experience from our own HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) properties and now as seasoned landlords, we (Dan and Jeni Sherratt) set up Sherratt properties offering flexible bespoke residential and HMO lettings packages from 7% PCM.

Sherratt Properties is an independent HMO/house share and student property let specialist offering expert advice in property licensing and specific housing regulations.

We provide affordable lettings services and have built long-lasting relationships with many of our clients, some of whom we have developed lasting relationships spanning over 15 years.

All Sherratt Properties maintenance is carried out by our in-house maintenance team with a 24-hour service and no call out fees.

Furthermore, our staff are qualified with industry standard qualifications such as City and Guilds, apprenticeships and NVQs, all registered by OFQUAL. Possibly more importantly, the team have over 25 years of combined knowledge and experience of the industry. We fully understand all the potential pitfalls that can occur within the lettings process and we endeavour to avoid any losses.
