Employing our own staff means that we are not forced to depend on often unreliable workmen and rarely have to use outside contractors which enables us to offer a prompt service to our tenants.
Our workmen can deal with all types of property maintenance issues as and when they arise, ensuring we maintain high standards throughout.
We also conduct quarterly health and safety checks, filing reports for each house. This is a full interior and exterior check from everything to the security of the property to the safety of the electrics etc. In addition to this, we ensure that all of our houses receive an annual gas safety check and 5 yearly electrical certificate, as required by law. Our rates are very competitive and there are no call out fees, ensuring minimum expenditure for landlords and piece of mind for tenants.
